Now, the story...
We (George and Susie) have a soft spot for cats. Animals. Anything with fur, scales, feathers, or other. The titular Raven of “Savin’ Raven” is a lovely female kitty who we rescued in October 2022; she had been a feral cat from a colony in Cambridge. Not a year before that, we also rescued her adoptive brother, Maki, another feral kitten from St. Jacobs. We are ever grateful to the ongoing support from a Toronto Cat Rescue (KW) volunteer who helped us get sweet Raven settled in her new home and with her new brother. This rescue organization goes a step beyond and they need financial support to continue the good work they do. Cats don't belong in the streets and they do deserve loving, safe homes.
