She's a tasseomancer (tea leaf reader), certified tea sommelier, and a card reader (for 30+ years). She's is a certified horticulturist and a published author, well-regarded as an authority on the ancient art of tea leaf reading.
AND SHE'S SPENDING A CRISP OCTOBER EVENING WITH US.
On Wed., October 20th (7pm - 8pm EST), join All Things Tea and Amy Taylor, curator and owner of The Art of Tea and Tasseomancy's Mystic Tearoom (Hamilton, Ontario), for a fun and TEAlightful presentation on the history and mystery of tasseomancy. We will also take a tour of the Tasseomancy Museum where Amy will show us the collection that she's been amassing for 20+ years (and spans from the late 1800s up to present day). Perhaps she'll even share an item or two not yet on display in the museum. ;)
During our time with Amy, she will regale us with stories of the origins, controversy, and superstitions connected to tea and tea leaf reading over the years.
You can opt to join us for the evening on its own, or you can add on a kit that includes a fun tiny book ("Tea Leaf Reading: A Divination Guide for the Bottom of Your Cup") and All Things Tea's Pumpkin Spice (black) tea sampler. Setting the mood, of course! Shipping included.
We are so pleased to offer this unique evening to our fellow tea lovers and novice tasseomancers!
